Kaelan graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. She is a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and holds a Certification in Occupational Ergonomics. Her ergonomics training allows her to help clients understand how work setups, daily habits, movement patterns, and even stress can affect pain and recovery.
Having grown up playing competitive sports and collegiate soccer, Kaelan understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with injury. She uses a client-centered approach to help individuals build strength, gain confidence, and feel empowered to move their bodies. She works with a wide range of clients, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for a starting point to move and feel their best.
Outside of work, Kaelan enjoys weightlifting, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family. She is committed to making sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported as they work toward their health goals.

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration from Simon Fraser University in 2024. She is currently a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
Courtney grew up playing sports, representing her high school in volleyball, basketball, badminton, and cross country. Her active upbringing and working with physiotherapists ignited her desire to help others in need. She is no stranger to injuries and understands the long and challenging road to recovery through active rehabilitation. By utilizing her knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics, she hopes to encourage and educate others, while alleviating pain and strengthening the body.

Octavia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science Kinesiology from the
University of Michigan while competing as a Division 1 athlete for the Women’s Swim & Dive
Team. As a BCAK-certified kinesiologist, she brings a strong foundation in movement science
and high-performance athletics to her practice. As a former Canadian national team member,
she represented Canada at the World Junior Open Water Championships and competed at the
Olympic swimming trials.
Specializing in injury rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, prehabilitation, and strength and conditioning,
Octavia is passionate about helping individuals identify and address movement inefficiencies or
pain. She empowers her clients to return to the activities they love by integrating biomechanics
knowledge with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
