Nicole is passionate about helping individuals in recovering from injuries and unlocking their full potential. She combines her love for biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology with a client-centered approach to make rehabilitation accessible and enjoyable. While she finds satisfaction in working with a diverse range of clients, her primary interests lie in the fields of chronic pain management and neurological conditions.

In her leisure time, you can find Nicole dedicating herself to training at the gym, dancing, hiking, or cruising on her motorcycle. In the future, she is considering the possibility of pursuing a Master’s in Physical Therapy to further her expertise and impact in the field.

Gagan graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with her Bachelor of Kinesiology and minor in Psychology in 2020. She is currently a registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. Gagan grew up playing sports which drives her passion for exercise therapy. Having been a varsity athlete and playing competitive soccer for the last 15 years, she has personally experienced dealing with injuries which have inspired her to pursue a field where she can help others during their rehabilitation. During her free time, Gagan can be found playing sports, working out at the gym coaching soccer, and spending time with her family. She plans on continuing her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
