Sandra graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education & Coaching, specializing in Kinesiology, from Douglas College in December 2023. She also holds a Diploma in Sports Science with a Specialization in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Global Competency, and is registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

Since 2018, Sandra has worked as a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Aquafit Instructor. She enjoys teaching others about the importance of movement and healthy living, sharing her knowledge to help individuals reach their goals.

In her free time, Sandra enjoys traveling with friends and family and reading. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.

Kaelan graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. She is a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and holds a Certification in Occupational Ergonomics. Her ergonomics training allows her to help clients understand how work setups, daily habits, movement patterns, and even stress can affect pain and recovery.

Having grown up playing competitive sports and collegiate soccer, Kaelan understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with injury. She uses a client-centered approach to help individuals build strength, gain confidence, and feel empowered to move their bodies. She works with a wide range of clients, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for a starting point to move and feel their best.

Outside of work, Kaelan enjoys weightlifting, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family. She is committed to making sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported as they work toward their health goals.
