Nicole graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Capilano University and is currently registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Nicole is passionate about helping individuals in recovering from injuries and unlocking their full potential. She combines her love for biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology with a client-centered approach to make rehabilitation accessible and enjoyable. While she finds satisfaction in working with a diverse range of clients, her primary interests lie in the fields of chronic pain management and neurological conditions.

In her leisure time, you can find Nicole dedicating herself to training at the gym, dancing, hiking, or cruising on her motorcycle. In the future, she is considering the possibility of pursuing a Master’s in Physical Therapy to further her expertise and impact in the field.

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehabilitation concentration from Simon Fraser University in 2024. She is currently a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Courtney grew up playing sports, representing her high school in volleyball, basketball, badminton, and cross country. Her active upbringing and working with physiotherapists ignited her desire to help others in need. She is no stranger to injuries and understands the long and challenging road to recovery through active rehabilitation. By utilizing her knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics, she hopes to encourage and educate others, while alleviating pain and strengthening the body.

During her free time, you can catch Courtney working out at the gym or trying new sports (such as football and skiing). She also loves exploring Vancouver with her family and friends.

Octavia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science Kinesiology from the University of Michigan while competing as a Division 1 athlete for the Women’s Swim & Dive Team. As a BCAK-certified kinesiologist, she brings a strong foundation in movement science and high-performance athletics to her practice. As a former Canadian national team member, she represented Canada at the World Junior Open Water Championships and competed at the Olympic swimming trials.

Specializing in injury rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, prehabilitation, and strength and conditioning, Octavia is passionate about helping individuals identify and address movement inefficiencies or pain. She empowers her clients to return to the activities they love by integrating biomechanics knowledge with a holistic, patient-centered approach.

Outside of her practice, Octavia enjoys marathon training, swimming, weightlifting, snowboarding, and boxing. She is dedicated to fostering resilience, wellness, and a lifelong love of movement in everyone she works with.
